This webinar will address how to assess and file an administrative claim for monetary damages against federal law immigration officers’ tortious acts or omissions under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).  Torts discussed will include negligence, false imprisonment, assault, battery, false arrest, abuse of process and negligent and intentional inflection of emotional distress.
