Join us for this day-long Continuing Legal Education (CLE) will take place on ​August 2, 2017 in Washington, DC, and will focus on: Challenging Evidence of Alienage, Strategies to Challenge Detention, Challenges to DHS Orders of Removal, Supreme Court Updates in Crimmigration, Strategies to Obtain Discovery in Removal Proceedings, and the Role of Movement Lawyering in the Era of Trump.
